1. Who we are

These terms are between you and [legal name], [address] ("HostFixList", "we"). HostFixList is independent and isn't affiliated with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any other platform.

2. The service

We write an audit of the short-term-rental listing(s) you send us, according to the package you choose (see pricing). We use AI tools to help draft, and a person reviews every report before it's sent. We don't log in to your accounts and don't change your listing.

3. Reservations during the test period

A reservation isn't an order and costs nothing. When your slot opens we email you a payment link. The order starts, and the delivery time begins, when your payment clears.

4. No guarantee of results

Our reports are recommendations. We don't guarantee rankings, views, bookings or revenue. Nothing in a report is legal, tax, permit, licensing or financial advice.

5. What you send us

You confirm you have the right to send the listing content and screenshots, and you won't send guest names, guest messages or other third parties' personal data.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are one-time, in euros, as shown on the pricing page at the time you order. [State whether VAT applies once registered.] Payment is taken by Stripe.

7. Delivery, late delivery and refunds

  • Delivery times: Fix List 48 hours, Fix List Plus 72 hours, Small Host Pack 5 working days, re-check 48 hours, counted from cleared payment and a complete form.
  • If your report arrives more than 24 hours after the promised time, you get a full refund and keep the report.
  • If you tell us within 7 days of delivery that the report wasn't useful, we refund you in full.

8. Using the report

You may use the report and the rewritten text on your own listings. Please don't resell the report as your own service.

9. Liability
