Will this get me more bookings?
Maybe. Nobody outside the booking platforms can see how their ranking works, and anyone who promises page one is guessing. What we do is compare your listing with the places you're losing to, and list the gaps a guest notices first. If the report isn't useful, reply within 7 days and we'll refund you.
What does "reserve an audit" mean?
We're in a 30-day test. When you reserve, we keep a slot for you and email you when it opens, with a payment link. You pay only if you still want the audit, and your delivery time starts when the payment clears. No payment is taken when you reserve.
Which platforms does it work for?
Any listing you can paste into the form, including Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com listings. HostFixList is an independent service and isn't affiliated with any of them.
Do you need my login?
No. We never ask for a login, and we don't make changes to your listing. You paste in the text and screenshots, and you make the changes yourself.
Is the report written by AI?
We use AI to help draft it. A person then reads, checks and edits every report against your comparables before it's sent. Nothing goes out automatically.
How do I choose comparables?
Search your dates and area the way a guest would. Pick 3–5 listings of a similar size and price that show up above yours, or that you think win the bookings you want, and paste in their links or text.
What happens if you're late?
If your report arrives more than 24 hours after the promised time, you get a full refund and you still keep the report.
What data do you keep?
Your email, what you send in the form, and the report. Please don't send guest names, guest messages or other guests' personal details. See the privacy notice.
Do you give advice on permits, tax or licences?
No. Those depend on where you live, so ask a local professional.
